Somebody please comment on this (whether a repository move should be
made, am I supposed make changes to CVSROOT/avail etc).

ecrypto and sasl, and no extra entries for the other packages.
Simon, scream if you don't think ecrypto or sasl should be moved yet or
if I was wrong assuming that you'll take the maintainership for these :)
