I usually copy 3rd party xemacs pkg, such as the un official auctex pkg
in
~/.xemacs/xemacs-packages
However in windows XP and 7 it is not clear to me where if this
directory make sense, since as far as I know there is no standard
setting for the home directory.
So the question is
can such a pkg be installed in
$Prefix/site-lisp
While the offfical pkgs dwell in
$Prefix/xemacs-packages
