Please (setq debug-on-error t) and get a Lisp backtrace. Mew is
trying to concat an integer pretending it is a character and that
hasn't been a correct thing to do for awhile.
It happens at a line I've made a modification, and when I replaced back
to the original code it works...
Strange thing is that the modified code worked w/ XEmacsen before b40-pre1.
