No, you won't. It will be buried somewhere pretty deep in the
internals. But if the KDE thingee won't let you set Super and
Control, you'll have to work around it, probably by messing with the
config file. The question is what is its format.
It is the evil setxkbmap command which blows up my setting I generated
with xmodmap.
Setxkbmap is called when I change my keyboard layout say from US to IL
(for openoffice and friends)
It seems that setxkbmap has no ability to achieve, what I achieve via
xmodmap.
The most natural candidate would be
setxkbmap -option caps:super,ctrl:swapcaps
But this does not work :'(
